Consultancy |
The
ieet uses whatever means at its disposal to ensure
funds are available to progress our TAPs projects. This
includes joint consultancy work through one of our umbrella
members; Timesave. Timesave specialise in dealing with
IT solutions and ICT training. So, and for example, if
we of the ieet discover you have a need for a whole
network update or service; Or perhaps that staff need updating
knowledge of new software, collectively, we examine
and report on the requirements and provide
our bid. If we are successful, the ieet now begins its
second scheme of activity. Here we select from our many
Job Skills Trainees and then hand them over to shadow
train with our specialists as they do their job of
maintenance or training.
This win-win situation means we of the ieet will have
achieved our aims:
·* Our
Job Skills Trainee
gains transferable skills that assists into full or
part time paid employment.
·* Our client and owner of a network or IT system will
have had a fully qualified maintenance of that system.
Or have staff with newly acquired skills that can
further benefit the company or school.
·* Our specialists add another successful name to an
ever growing list of clients that include:- The British
Transport Police, A number of Embassies, Chambers of
Commerce, A magazine producing company...
Finally, our training programs do not start with shadow
workers being 18 years old or older. Aimed for ages
9/10 upwards, TAPs are designed to further secure a
second platform of knowledge and understanding in all
things ICT, ECT and DT. The funds after deductions
gained from working with Timesave, no matter how
small, we pass over to this area
of activity and is why we are proud to call ourselves an
honest approach to futures employment that is not for
profit.
