Beyond the ieet

The ieet recognises that the potential of many individuals may be around self-employment. The ability to take responsible control over their own lives and in a manner that is not only conducive to self-improvement social-economically, but also to the improvement of the environment in which they live. True empowerment at many levels of community is the key to social cohesion.

To facilitate this, the ieet directs young people aged from 18, irrespective of background, towards the opportunity of actually becoming self-employed. This is done through a program called Steps-2-Employment or STEPs.

Working with a number of our many associates, STEPs is an access program of Workshops; Seminar & Advice sessions by Business Advisors & Professionals  with an appropriately matched background to the applicant. This means delivery should ideally be in the mother tongue of and in cultural step throughout all stages of the STEPs program as it develops.
